"You May Not
Like It, But You're A Lot Like Me"

"The Journey of A Common Man"
author:

"The
purpose for writing this book in my 84th year is to promote confidence
and share with others some things that life has taught me. We have
been very blessed throughout long lives and we feel a responsibility to
share some of the values, faith, priorities and attitudes that have
contributed to a lifetime of reasonable happiness and a small measure of
accomplishment. Our lives prove that extraordinary things do
happen to very ordinary people. Will Rogers said a lot of good
things to think about but the very best was, "God must have loved the
common man -- he made so many of us."
Life teaches important lessons through
trials errors, failures and successes. Each of us are born with
certain gifts and abilities - all we need to do is find and develop
them. Because we are all uniquely different, there are no set
rules that apply to everyone.
The most important thing is to concentrate
on using and expanding the abilities God has given us. We can't do
it alone. We all need God and each other.
